She was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2002 and practiced law in the UK for over 8 years, mainly as a Commercial Property solicitor, before moving to Australia in 2009.
Joanne started making people’s dreams come true in 2010! She officially became a New South Wales qualified lawyer and Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1281687) in 2012 and has been helping people to come and live and work in Australia ever since.
Deena Sher
Our Principal Solicitor and Migration Specialist is Deena Sher
She was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2001 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005 where she practiced mainly as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer for over 6 years. In 2011 she moved to Australia where she has been focusing on commercial and property law following her admission as a lawyer in New South Wales in 2015.
Deena developed a keen interest in migration law and studied the area and joined KU Legal, formerly Kite Union Migration, in early 2021 where she has been assisting clients across Australia with their partner visa applications, citizenship applications and other visa related queries.

With a background in Business Administration and Legal Practice Management, she has been working within the Pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment for the past 5 years.
